Method of payment and procedure are per the client's instructions. (Can also be paid in full afterward.)

I will sign any non-disclosure agreement before receiving the documents to be translated, if the client so wishes. (I can arrange to send such contracts as well.)

If you will be paying with public funds, accordingly I will issue an estimate, a statement of delivery, and an invoice.
